- Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Response to Notices
Upon receiving a valid and complete DMCA notice, Velvixa will:
- Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
- Provide the user with an opportunity to submit a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error.
If a counter-notification is received and found to be valid, Velvixa may restore the removed material no sooner than ten (10) business days and no later than fourteen (14) business days after receipt of the counter-notification, unless the original complainant files a legal action during that period.
5. Repeat Infringers
Velvixa has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at its sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. A repeat infringer is a user who has been the subject of more than one valid DMCA takedown notice. Velvixa reserves the right to determine what constitutes a repeat infringement and to act accordingly.
6. Misrepresentation
Please be aware that submitting a DMCA notice or counter-notification that contains material misrepresentations may expose you to legal liability. If you are uncertain whether material infringes your copyright or whether material was wrongly removed, we recommend seeking independent legal advice before submitting a notice or counter-notification.
7. Third-Party Content
Velvixa may host content submitted by users or third parties. We do not routinely monitor all such content for copyright compliance, but we respond to valid infringement notices in accordance with this policy. The presence of any content on our platform does not constitute an endorsement or warranty of any kind.
8. Changes to This Policy
Velvixa reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The date at the top of this page indicates when the policy was last updated. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
